Hello! I'm Ms. Szamatowicz, and I'm excited to be teaching at Norman Smith Elementary! I have been teaching here since 2026, and this is my fourth year in the classroom. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Regent University in Virginia Beach.

Originally from Michigan, I enjoy shopping, taking workout classes, and painting in my free time. I'm passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every student feels supported and encouraged to grow. I look forward to a fun and successful school year with my students and their families!
