Welcome to Norman Smith! This is my 12th year teaching for CMCSS. I have taught kindergarten, 1st, and ELL. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist with an ESL Endorsement. My passion is teaching children how to read.
